VGI2 TERMS OF SERVICE & END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and VGI2, its subsidiaries, and internal development studios, including Creative Games (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of our websites, software products, digital titles, games, and associated digital services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing our website or downloading/using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
USE OF SERVICES & ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your access to our Services. You agree to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in compliance with all local, state, and international laws.
LIMITED SOFTWARE LICENSE
VGI2 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play/use our software products strictly for your personal use. You acknowledge that you are purchasing a license to use the software, not buying the software itself. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the software remain exclusively with VGI2 and Creative Games.
AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of our software or websites after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
VIRTUAL ITEMS & DIGITAL GOODS
Our software may feature virtual currency, skins, cosmetics, or other digital goods. You agree that these items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. VGI2 reserves the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual items at its sole discretion without any liability to you.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT & MODIFICATIONS (MODS)
If you create fan content, custom mods, or maps using our software frameworks, you grant VGI2 an absolute, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, distribute, copy, and display your modifications for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. Let’s Plays and streaming on Twitch/YouTube are fully permitted, provided that monetization occurs solely via platform ad revenue. Licensed audio tracks within our software may be subject to third-party claims (e.g., YouTube Content ID); creators are encouraged to use built-in “Streamer Modes” where applicable.
RULES OF CONDUCT
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Developing, distributing, or using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods designed to modify or disrupt multiplayer/online balance.
- Using our interactive platforms to distribute hate speech, harassment, or adult material.
- Exploiting glitches, bugs, or data-mining software files prior to official release.
MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT
VGI2 reserves the right to monitor, review, and moderate user activity. We hold the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or ban your access to our software, accounts, or interactive channels at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
DMCA & COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICES
We respect intellectual property. If you believe any content on our website or within our software violates your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Take-Down Notice to our designated copyright agent via email at: business@vgi2.com. Your notice must include complete ownership documentation.
PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
All digital transactions are finalized through authorized third-party platforms (such as Valve Steam, Epic Games Store, etc.). All purchases are subject to their respective refund policies. Unless stated otherwise, all sales processed directly by us are final and non-refundable.
AVAILABILITY, UPDATES, AND FEATURES
VGI2 does not guarantee that our digital services or multiplayer servers will be available 24/7. We reserve the right to modify, patch, update, or temporarily shut down services for maintenance or feature upgrades at any time without liability.
YOUR LIABILITY TO US & INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VGI2, Creative Games, and our partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of our software and digital services.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting all copies of our software. VGI2 may terminate this Agreement and revoke your license immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
PHOTOSENSITIVITY & EPILEPSY WARNING
IMPORTANT HEALTH WARNING: Our software products contain intense visual stimuli, fast-moving graphic sequences, flickering patterns, and geometric animations. A small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or temporary blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns. By using our software, you acknowledge this risk and take full responsibility for your personal health and safety.
MISCELLANEOUS & SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- For U.S. Residents & Rest of the World: This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to choice of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the designated courts of Delaware.
- For EEA, UK, and Switzerland Residents: Local consumer laws and jurisdictions of your country of residence shall apply.
